Email us at paul@pauljamestravel.com.au to let us know you will be returning your item. As long as we receive it back in its original packaging and condition as it was when we shipped it to you we will gladly arrange full refund. 

Please note, the return postage will be at your expense.  Please also ensure you receive a tracking number for your return parcel so that it can be traced.  If we do not receive it, we cannot refund it.

We can ship worldwide and will make sure your sleeve is protected during the shipping process. 

All products are shipped from Australia. Delivery times will vary depending on which country they are being delivered to. Most orders will be delivered within 3- 14 working days.

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Parcel Post and international orders via Australia International Parcel Post.  Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
